Spring Meditation Program

Live and on-demand: A meditation program to support you in your practice. We will meet twice a week for 30 minutes and explore meditation as well as accompanying practices like subtle body practices and pranayama. Program appropriate for all levels of experience. Mondays and Thursday at 7:30am for 4 weeks. Register here.
